Private Party Basic Information:
1. Up to 3 Hours of play. Time begins when Safety Briefing is held.
2. Are not allowed on regular ("public") game days. Parties may reserve Saturday morning (9-12 or 9:30-12:30), and/or Saturday afternoon (1:30-4:30). No Sunday Games.
3. Anyone under the age of 18 must wear full facial protection. Goggles must be fully sealed and securely attached. We do provide the full facial protection as part of the package, if needed.
4. Anyone going onto the field must have a current waiver on file. A parent/guardian must sign the waiver for players under the age of 18. The current waivers are good from 12/18/2023 until 12/18/2024. Waivers are here or found in the upper right corner on the Game Schedule page. We, also, have waivers available at check in.
5. We do have a picnic tables available for refreshments. Please bring chairs. Please park under the trees where the picnic tables are located.
6. Need to be reserved a minimum of one week in advance.
7. Spectators are welcome (no charge). Goggles and high visibility vests provided.
8. Drinking water is provided throughout the day. Restroom is provided via Port-a-Jon.
9. We do not provide any decorations, food, and/or drink (except drinking water). You may bring these items if so desired.
10. Clothing recommendations/suggestions: Wear comfortable clothing, long sleeve shirts, long pants, nothing brightly colored, tennis shoes/hiking boots/athletic type shoes. Camo clothing is fine. We'd stay away from shorts and skorts. Sweatshirts/hoodies should only be worn in the coldest of days.
11. Please no smoking on the field, in or around the canopy, house/store, and/or port-a-jon.
12. Parents/Guardians of participants under the age of 13 do not have to be present as long as we have a current waiver on file of said participant.
The Fees:
1. $200 includes all safety equipment and 8 guns with 10,000 rounds of .20g BBs - outfits up to eight players. (the charge is still $200 for groups of less than 8).
2. $25/player after the first 8. This includes safety equipment and gun per player. We, currently, have a maximum of 30 rentals available.
3. $15/player after the first 8 if a player brings their own equipment. Players may bring and use their own guns. Personal guns will be chrono’d and must fall within the “safe” limits.
Example 1 - if you have 12 players, the total fee is $300 ($200 for the 1st eight + $25 each x 4 needing equipment.
Example 2 - if you have 12 players and 4 have their own stuff, the total fee is $260 ($200 for the 1st eight + $15 each x 4 having their own equipment.
Example 3 - if you have 7 players, the total fee is $200 ($200 for the 1st eight)
4. You must use .20g BBs or heavier in the guns. If needed/wished, you may provide your own BBs as long as they are .20g or heavier. SQA sells a variety of BBs and weights at very reasonable prices.
5. We do accept cash, credit/debit card, and PayPal.
